Why did my ZOTBill go to the wrong address?
Initially our billing system uses only the permanent and local mailing addresses that you have supplied to the Registrar. Unless we receive returned mail, or you specify a billing address, we will continue to send ZOTBills to your permanent address for Fall quarter, then your local address for Winter and Spring quarters. Caution: Although you may change any of your addresses whenever you choose, this action will not prompt the system to issue a bill to that location. However, your new address may be used for your next monthly ZOTBill. • To update your local or permanent address, use Student Access, or follow the Registrar’s instructions for address changes by mail or in person. • To update your billing address, use ZOTAccount Online, or complete the address change stub provided on page two of your ZOTBill.
