Why did my account on SmsCoin website disappear?
Your account didn’t disappear — we don’t delete accounts in our system. First of all, try to remember whether your log-in and password are correct. If you have 2 or more accounts registered in our system, maybe you are confusing between the log-in details of the two accounts. Much worse, and relatively rare case scenario — your account has been blocked due to severe breech of our service terms and conditions. Entire account is blocked only as a result of serious violations, thus if you know you’ve acted in contrary to our terms and conditions, do not try to persuade us to unblock your account. If, on the other hand, you are certain we made a mistake of any sort, please contact our support department with all necessary details to prove your service is working properly and in compliance with our terms and conditions. • I’ve connected the service but it disappeared from the list when I logged in again. It was probably rejected by the moderator during the moderation process.
