Why did Jonathan start playing bagpipes?
• Jonathan played many instruments when he was younger, including bagpipes, drums as well. Jon even likes to play drums more then singing. He played in a lot of competitions and did very well. And being of Scottish decent, bagpipes seemed natural. When recording self-titled he wanted to see what it would sound like to play bagpipes with the other instruments (Shoots And Ladders). They liked it, and so every KoRn album has included them except Untouchables. An Untouchables bag pipe track was recorded, but the band wanted to do something different.
