I shall not confuse you too much with the TRUE details, but ISRAEL DID NOT START IT! Facts: 1. Israeli soldiers were on a regular BORDER PATROL in the ISRAELI side of the border. 2. Hezbollah terrorists fire Katusha rockets against t Israeli tanks, killing 8 soldiers and kidnapping 2 FROM WITHIN the ISRAELI side of the border, taking them deep into Lebanon. 3. Israeli forces fired back to defend themselves and try to RESCUE their friends. 4. The war was never against the LEBANESE government, nor was it a war for territories but for self-defense. It was against the Iranian and Syrian financed TERRORIST organization HEZBOLLAH 5. Hezbollah THREATENED the CIVIL population in South Lebanon that IF they would RUN AWAY from the Israeli attacks, AS THEY WERE WARNED BY THE ISRAELIS TO DO, then HEZBOLLAH would KILL them.
