Intrepid’s 2006 acquisition of USNet was a natural for many reasons. First and foremost, both companies had worked together for over ten years – at one point 80% of Intrepid’s labor requirements were going through USNet; and in turn, Intrepid accounted for 30% of USNet’s revenues.
