Why did IntelliOrder send me back to the Login screen?

If you are redirected to the logon screen, a message box explaining why should appear at the top of the screen. IntelliOrder has been designed with security among its top priorities. If you logon to IntelliOrder and do not perform an activity for 20 minutes and then try to perform a function, the Login window will reappear and you will need to enter your user name and password again.
