Why did I recieve the error message “the shipping info was not found…” when sending my order to Premier?
This error means that you do not have a complete shipping address for the order. Return to the order and click on the Shipping Info. Tab. Correct the shipping address and resend the order. Please Note: If the Hostess address was added or modified after the order was created, the shipping address must also be changed.
