Why did I recieve my forwarded message(s) twice?
This only happens if you chose the Leave on Server option during intial setup. Periodically AOL, Yahoo, Hotmail, and/or MSN servers must reset the server that your email resides on. If this occurs our servers are unable to recognize your emails as had been already forwarded. To avoid this we recommend all messages forwarded from your old email account to be deleted from their servers. Please contact customer service of our website to make this change.
