Why did I recieve my forwarded AOL message(s) twice?
This only happens if you chose the Leave on AOL server option during intial setup. Periodically AOL must reset the server that your AOL email is setting on. If this occurs our servers are unable to recognize your emails as had been already forwarded. To avoid this we recommend all messages forwarded from AOL to be deleted from AOL’s server. This is a recommended option that we are able to setup for you on our servers. Please contact customer service or visit the Edit Account portion of our website to make this change.
