If your computer has Microsoft Windows Vista: To reset the DRM files on your PC, first close Nokia Music if it is running, and do the following: 1. Select Start > Computer > Organize > Folders and search options. 2. Select View > Show hidden files and folders. 3. Unselect Hide protected operating system files/folders and Hide extensions for known file types. 4. Locate your DRM folder. The folder is located at C:/ProgramData/Microsoft/Windows/DRM.
