Because you shipped our goods outside the ship window given on our PO and you did not have written approval from our Traffic Dept. or your Pamida Merchant team to do so. If one of our “preferred” truck lines tries to pick up product without this written approval, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR GOODS TO BE TAKEN until you have contacted your Pamida Merchant team for written approval or you will be assessed a 10% fee for that shipment at the time of receipt.
