Why did I receive a message stating, “Member Verification Error” when trying to log in to my account?
This message means that your CU@Home password is being entered incorrectly. Remember, the initial password is the same as your 4-digit Call-24 pin number. After your first successful login you would have been prompted to change your CU@Home password to something different. Also, if your password includes letters keep in mind that the system is case sensitive. To have your CU@Home password reset please call the Contact Center at 763-549-6000, or email ccfcu@ccfcu.org. (Email is not a secure method of communication.
