Why did I receive a letter or phone call from Mediation Managers, Inc. (MMI)?
MMI contacted you because we received your address and telephone numbers from a filed court document indicating you are a party to mortgage foreclosure lawsuit. The court document is known to us as Form “A” and the plaintiff in the case filed it with information used to direct MMI to notify you. MMI’s notification is to make you aware of the availability of a Circuit Court mandated mediation program that will bring you and the plaintiff/lender to mediation within the next 120 days if all of the guidelines for mediation are met.
