Unique National Collections is the collection agency the Library uses to collect outstanding balances. If you owe more than $30.00 on your Library account for more than 30 days, your account may be referred to a collection agency. You can visit any of our branches to pay your balance which must be paid down to zero once it has been referred to the collection agency. The Library accepts cash or personal checks. A valid driver’s license must be presented if paying with a personal check.
