Why did I get charged a partial month when I joined under a promotion providing a free month(s) plan charge?
Your first eBill reflects 2 amounts for plan charges. The first amount is a partial month charge calculated from the date you joined until the end of that calendar month. Because this is a partial charge, the promotional credit is reserved for use against the first and subsequent full month charges. This means that the first partial charge amount is payable the first month. This is stated in the promotion conditions.
