Why did I get a report confirmation email from Roger Herbaugh?

The system automatically generates a confirmation email and sends it to the email addresses you enter and also the appropriate Lt. Governor for you club. Roger Herbaugh was the previous webmaster and it was he who originally set up the hosting and website for the PNW District. He did a great job for us. Unfortunately, the ISP (Intenet Service Provider) still has his information attached to the postmaster account and it is buried in their servers. We are currently working on getting that corrected and it should be working the right way very soon.
