Why did I get a message about HID drivers being installed when I connected my Disc Stakka to the USB port?
HID (Human Interface Device) drivers are necessary for the operating system to communicate with your device through the USB port. These drivers work in conjunction with your OpdiTracker software to operate your Disc Stakka. If HID drivers are not installed on your computer when a unit is first plugged in, Windows automatically attempts to install these drivers. Please follow the prompts to install the drivers. If you cannot successfully install the HID drivers, you will not be able to use your Disc Stakka. Contact your computer vendor for assistance.
