This is a wonderful specialty affording a physician the opportunity to diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. Our specialty is diverse, dealing with problems ranging from hearing loss, to head and neck cancer, to voice disorders, to reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, to allergy, to airway and swallowing problems. Some surgeries we perform in addition to tonsil and ear-tube surgery include cochlear implantation, airway reconstruction, mandible and facial reconstruction, endoscopy, and cancer surgery. Our patients include men and women, both young and old. The many diseases that we treat both medically and surgically have a profound impact on improving the daily lives of our patients.
