The official story goes that Harvey Keitel dropped out of Eyes Wide Shut because of a commitment to play Elvis Presley in “Graceland.” Although amk gave birth to an all together more colourful rumour to explain the departure. RM Here’s the newsgroup exchange in which that guy fessed up to creating the rumor. His knowledge of the original rumor makes him quite credible, IMO.
