Why did Daveigh not want to return back to her role of Samara in The Ring twO?
Simply because there was no role for her to take part in, in The Ring twO. Initially, she agreed to take part of Samara in The Ring twO, but then, as the script developed, all of Samara’s human parts were cut, so that only Samara’s monster parts remained, which were played by Kelly Stables. Of course, Daveigh Chase is still credited for the role of Samara in The Ring twO, because unused footage from The Ring, where she had the role of Samara, was used in The Ring twO. Back to the top.
