Why did Dave write the book before there was a resolution in Natalees case?
Dave had been contacted by several people who wanted to write a book about Natalee and he realized that someone was going to write it, with or without him. He wanted to have some control over what went into the book. He also wanted to raise awareness regarding what really happened in Aruba after Natalee went missing, and he is hoping that the book will spark someone’s memory and encourage them to come forward to help solve the mystery.
