Why did a local realestate agent in Sunsites tell me that some of the property is ten miles from town and that they had lots much nicer and closer?
The local realtor is not going to get any commission selling our land. Several buyers have reported to us that they have experienced sales pressure strategies from some realtors when they visited sunsites. They were told that certain units were far away from the Village for example. The fact is that the Sunsites community spreads out approximately 5 miles in each direction from the Village. As to the difference in properties: Sunsites scales up from young-underdevoloped remote unit 7 to mature subdivisions, Units 1, 2 and 4. Furthermore the difference in the properties can be compared to a Jeep and a Rolls Royce. Both are vehicles, but not necessarily suitable for the same buyer for any number of reasons including price. Hawaiian Arizona Corporation has more lots, which are equal to or better, than any realty company with offerings in Sunsites.
