why ctrl-c and ctrl-v don work on windows live mail?
I just tried it, and was able to paste into an email screen with Ctrl-V, and copy from using Ctrl-C. I use both of these shortcut keys on a regular basis, and have never had a problem with windows live mail. Try restarting your browser, and test the shortcuts in another program. If they work in other programs, but continue not to work in live mail then you might want to contact microsoft support. The other thing to test would be whether or not they work in other web pages using your internet browser. One thing I just thought of is to check that you’re using Internet Explorer as your browser. I know Windows Live Mail is designed for IE, and we all know how microsoft likes to play little tricks on its competitors to try to make consumers use their products. They might be trying to ensure that certain features only work in live mail if you’re using a Microsoft browser.
