Why create the Union of Natural Religion?
The Union of Natural Religion has emerged because the old religions have failed. The old religions are doing nothing to support and stimulate peoples spiritual well-being. Individuals are not respected even as human beings, and their Divinity is totally denied. The Divinity of the Earth is denied. Natural Religion has arisen in the vacuum created by the failure of the old religions. When one realizes that all the religions are inherently false, one is thrown back on oneself, to ones own inherent spirituality or religiousness. Religion really happens in aloneness, between the ineffable Divine and you. Still, we are related to each and need each other is so many ways. The Union of Natural Religion is for those who wish to join with other like-minded and like-hearted people. In this joining, the essentials of religion can be explored, shared, nurtured, and can grow in each of us.
