Northeast corner, OCAD. Guess they blew the budget on structure and corrugated cladding was less expensive than other options. Up close it looks well, kinda cheap. Enamelled metal panels would have been nicer. Imagine if it had been an all glazed box, or wood or a titanium. I actually preferred the stainless paneling underneath the final skin.
