Why conversion condos cost less ?
Conversions are created by modification of a commercial or industrial building into a condo housing complex. These condos are usually a compromise between cost and quality. Makeovers are less expensive than a construction of a new building. On the other hand, existing structures impose limitations on what builders can do. Converted units can have for instance very high ceilings or less functional layouts.
