Why concrete needs sealer?
Concrete is hydrated silicate with porous structures. When weather is hot and dry, concrete slowly irreversibly dehydrates by loss water and strength decays. When air is wet and sun can reach the surfaces, lichen will grow on the surfaces. The porous surfaces can be stained by waterborne and oil borne stains. Stains sucked in the porous surfaces are very difficult to be removed.
