Why commercial blood banks are not being banned by legislation?
Without organising voluntary blood donor base and the culture of voluntary blood donation in the community, mere banning of commercial blood banks will not solve the problem. Rather, the actual gap between the demand and supply will only lead to the establishment of more illegal commercial blood banks.
