Why Colored Wine Glasses?
Many wine enthusiasts would be quick to disapprove of colored wine glasses, if only because of the interference with wine color. A wine connoisseur does more than just drink – there are many sensory aspects to wine tasting, including examining the color of wine. To this end, colored stemware is not always appealing because it takes away from the overall tasting experience. That aside, there are certainly good reasons for using colored wine glasses, most notably to add an extra “pop” to your table.
