This situation is divided into two kinds. If it is severe full color lines and each line is not through an entire screen, it is mostly caused due to graphics problems, such as memory overheating, or driver error, or if it is a Dorgan lines throughout the screen and the location of a fixed color unchanged, mostly due to LCD screen cable problems.
