Why choose to port Power Stone 1 & 2 instead of some of the other Capcom DC games?
Kazuhiro Tsuchiya: Capcom definitely does have a great library of Dreamcast titles. Of those titles, the main reason we decided to go with Power Stone 1 & 2 was because of the user demand for them here and overseas. We decided to make it for the PSP because that system is perfect for taking advantage of the multiplayer aspect of Power Stone that makes it such an entertaining game in the first place. If we did it for the PS2, for example, it would require either the multitap or the network adapter, but with the PSP and its great wireless network support, it is easy to find a few friends and get a game going.
