The Heart and Stroke Foundation is a well-recognized and well-respected national charity. Your contribution will go to help fulfill our Mission, which is to “improve the health of Manitobans by preventing and reducing disability and death from heart disease and stroke through research, health promotion and advocacy.” HSFM needs your support in its fight against heart disease and stroke. HSFM does not receive core government or United Way funding and relies solely on the generous support of its donors. Please consider giving to the Foundation and supporting the fight against heart disease and stroke through cardiovascular research, health promotion and advocacy.
