Why Chinese food is popular?

I think the closest reason is that you can find various aroma, tastes and flavors in Chinese food which has eight branches. Each of them have its own flavor. Nowadays in China, spicy food is the most popular in my opinion. However, the North-eastern style is also increasingly welcome among people. However, western style food like pizza, hamburger and chips are also very popular among young people in China. It’s good to see that the earth is becoming smaller and smaller.

In China , the food is much different that Americanised Chinese food. Here it’s very diney-fied, with lots of sugar and coating on the meats, Like the Sweet and Sour chicken, and orange chicken0 that doesn’t exist in China! It’s got lots of sugar, so it tastes good, even when mixed with vinegary things- the tandy taste makes your mouth water. And here, they mix the coatings and sauces with MSG and flour – so i’ts comfort food0 it is almost gloopy in your mouth. The noodles are comfort food, espeically with egg, or a sweet meat like chicken. Also it’s kind of colourful and interesting, lots of things to play with, from noodles, and little fiddly sweet shrimp, to teriyaki chicken ( yes, even this is sold as Chinese food), and spare ribs- which you have to eat with hands. And theres’ always rice, fried rice, egg rice, all kinds, eat with chopsticks of this little spoons. It’s interesting and you have lots of colourful little things to play with AND it’s sugary AND it’s got noodles in it.

There are more Chinese restaurants in the United States than McDonald’s. It is probably the salty noodles that people remember and love. Very few American dishes offer that.
