Why Chile its the most developed and stable country in all Latin America?
Perhaps Chile has better government now than other countries in this region have. Chile has managed to get rid of its dictators and resolve conflicts in its society so well that now the people there can concentrate on working hard and living well. Whereas many other countries in this region still have poor governance and still have unresolved social conflicts that distract their people from working hard and living well.
