Why change the name from Single Status to Pay and Grading Review?

The project was initially known as the Single Status project as it was driven by the Single Status Agreement signed in 1997. The project has developed since then and we now refer to it as a Pay and Grading Review. Our review has looked at all aspects of pay and grading, career progression, allowances and other terms and conditions.
