Why Carbon Offset?
True Offsets is working in partnership with businesses and our global community to redesign the way we interact with our natural world. We work with our clients to bring forward a restorative mindset to the way we all do business and live life. True Offsets moves past the term ‘carbon offsets’ as you can never truly undo your negative impact on the planet. As we prepare for the COP-15 in Copenhagen this winter, we hope that the leaders of our world recognize the inherent problems with carbon offsets as they have existed until now. We started True Offsets to help individuals, businesses, and communities avoid the mistake of thinking that by “doing something good”, they can continue to “do something bad”.
