Why can the younger children splash in the baby pool during practices and meets?
Only swimmers who are team members are insured against accident or injury. As nice as it would be to let the little ones cool off, the team cannot undertake the liability of accidents or injury to non-team members. We have had some interest in the possibility of hiring a lifeguard perhaps one or two days a week to make splash pool time possible. We plan to research this.
