Why Can’t the Sponsor Communicate Directly with the Military Hero?
Security and privacy regulations prohibit the disclosure of the military Hero’s identity. However, messages can be exchanged. OCP247 will notify the sender via email of the thank you message sent from the Hero. Thank you’s will be posted at the Thank You Center as well. Information such as the branch of service, first name of the military Hero, and state in which they reside is released.. Any other contact information remains confidential. OCP247 is the liaison between military Heroes and Sponsors who show support. Each package contains a personal message from the sender, which is selected after the package has been chosen.
