Why can’t the property owned by the LLC be subdivided by the members?

All of our properties are set up to provide the members with the best elk hunting possible. Subdivision of land, road building, and multiple cabins/homes only diminish the quality of hunting. All BullMaster’s properties will be restricted from future subdivision.
