Why can the Police use Youtube Videos as evidence against Slap Happy Videos?
Yellabow makes a good comment but I believe you are not slagging the police, your remark that the government is too liberal is spot on. Even if the the yobs make it to the doc, some magistrate will slap their wrist. The yob is off to do it again. My solution: If convicted and they don’t want to send them to prison, give them a thrashing llke they have never known (if they have ever had any at all). Not six, but twelve of the best. Medium cane ought to do it over pants. Put that on Utube along with releases to every world wide news service. Second conviction– no pants, bum nice bare and shining to the world. According the Grandad the cane was quite the deterrent in his school days. It is quite hard to appear tough when being thrashed. Me mum’s hand had taught me that before the age of ten.
