Why can the hospital use all its own funds to complete Phase II of the modernization?
The hospital IS committed to using over $12 million in reserved funds for this phase of the overall modernization project. WPH does not have the resources to make the full investment and the current proposed funding plan has been studied at great length. It was determined that the current method of payoff IS the only way to save the community millions of hard earned dollars.
