Why can the Hospital expand into Radnor Township?

0

The Hospital cannot expand into Radnor Township for a number of reasons. First, any property that might be available is not suitable in size or dimension to accommodate the type of medical office buildings and parking we need. In addition, patients, staff, and visitors would need to cross County Line Road, a wide and busy street, to get to the Hospital. Finally, our hope is that development closer to the Hospital and north into Bryn Mawr itself will help to revitalize the village with additional residential and commercial activity.
