The machines that comprise a three-server redundant configuration should run the same operating system, have excellent communications and reside on the same subnet. You need to check gridgen_flexlm.log file and make sure all the three servers are recognized by the network database. Gridgen server can’t be started on any server if unknown hosts are detected.
