1. Please check if the installation has been done. If not, the Xtreme Files Drive is only an external storage device. Please install first (refer to the steps of the original installation). The buttons cant work if no installation is performed. 2. Please check if the flat cable of the buttons in the Xtreme Files Drive case is loose. If yes, please connect it to the Xtreme Files Drive again.
