Why can TalkTalk Enterprise provide free broadband everywhere?
We can offer free broadband because we have taken control of the actual telephone lines and equipment from BT. This has not been possible everywhere. In places where BT retains control of the line, we can provide TalkTalk Enterprise Broadband but we have to charge for it. In a very small number of places the telephone lines are unsuitable for broadband of any kind. At present we have up to 70% coverage of the UK.
