Why Can Some Jewelry Items Be Shipped to California Residents?
California law requires that all jewelry, including hand-crafted and vintage items, sold to California residents must be certified to be made only of certain lead-free or very low lead materials. Some items available in Crazy4clipons may contain components of unspecified and unknown content. Although most of the parts and findings used in our jewelry are verified to be lead-free, assessment of the the lead content of all the components for each particular design is currently unavailable. Since we cannot verify the lead content (or lack thereof) of many parts for every single earring, Crazy4clipons is unable to sell jewelry that contains these parts to California Residents. Our store is constantly being updated, however we reserve the right to cancel any transaction where we do not have sufficient information about the components of parts of the jewelry.
