Why can NEW KIDS take part in ALL guild activities?

We feel, that as a NEW KID, you need a little time to get your feet wet, meet the other KIDS by taking part in the discussions on the Message Board, become acquainted with the Web site, join in a select few of our activities and decide that you truly wish to move on to BIG KID. Once promoted you will have full guild privileges and will be eligible for all quests, contests and prizes! When it comes down to it, there are very few restrictions for our NEW KIDS.
