Why can my Refrigerated Multipurpose Centrifuge 5804 R (or 5810 R) maintain 4°C at maximum speed?
The Multipurpose Centrifuges 5804 R and 5810 R can maintain 4°C at maximum speed with all rotors except the 6 x 85 ml Fixed-angle Rotor (022627207). If 4°C cannot be maintained at maximum speed with rotors other than the 6 x 85 ml Fixed-angle Rotor, please contact Brinkmann Instruments Services. The following specifications apply to the 6 x 85 ml Fixed-angle Rotor only: • Models 5804 R and 5810 R can maintain 4°C with this rotor at 10,500 rpm • Model 5804 R can maintain 6°C at maximum speed • Model 5810 R can maintain 12.
