Why cant my FTP connect?
There are a few different reasons why this could be happening. First, be sure your firewall isnt interfering with it. Second, check to see if you have the right IP address: use the one from the welcome email you got when you opened your account with us. Be sure youre entering it correctly: use only the numbers, and dont include www. or ftp. or any other letters. Third, check the username and password in your welcome email and be sure youre entering those correctly. Fourth, your FTP might need a path to make a connection. If this is the case, use this as a path: (insert path address here).
