Our local (LCP) costs for 2008 will stay within the limits of our system growth. The GRE Power Cost Riders reflect the increases in the cost of wholesale power (which is nearly 60 percent of LCP’s annual budget). We’re managing all other variable expenses to minimize impacts to members.
